After perusing this article, I pondered the same point that I invariably think about when reading through brand new weblogs. What do I think with regards to this? Precisely how will it impact me? This and other articles on your weblog here surely provide some stuff to consider. I actually wound up here through Yahoo when I had been doing some web research for a bit of course work which I've got. Always good times reading on through and I'm hopeful that you'll keep writing away. Enjoy the week.

Hola! I came across your web site while i was on Yahoo researching some recent Twitter trends to discover what's been popular recently. Hung around a little to check things out and read a few of your articles... first rate stuff. I will be sure to return in the future some time and catch up.

Good article.

I love my DAW. But I love it because it helps me save time and is more convenient than the 'old' way using tape. But the magic of music, particularly when recording bands, happens when musicians work together at the same time in one room; there's a the natural flow and energy. In rock, songs naturally change tempo and dynamics - it's the emotion of the performance.

'Fix it in the Mix' is fine sometimes, but "Create it in the Mix' flies against my years of trying to get it right in the first place. I must be getting old.

When budgets permit, I still use tape for backing tracks and fly the analog into a DAW, tweak and mix OTB.

Cheers
